Strategy
- Altera Office invests in well-developed office markets that have sufficient liquidity and size, both from an investment and letting perspective, and offer a broad spectrum of economic sectors in its tenant base.
- Consequently, Altera Office focuses mainly on the four large cities in the Randstad area (Amsterdam,Utrecht, Den Haag and Rotterdam), as well as some other regional cities (Eindhoven, Breda, Den Bosch,Amersfoort, Arnhem-Nijmegen and Zwolle).
- Altera Office concentrates on higher quality and well-developed office areas in business districts and city centres. These locations are better equipped to meet the demands of today’s office users, who value features such as a professional image and business clustering. City centres also offer close proximity to facilities, as well as status. Office districts in most cases offer good access and ample parking facilities. When choosing a location, these considerations are of decisive importance for a large part of office users.
- Altera Office is aimed at modern office buildings with a leasable area between 3,500 and 10,000 sqm, with the potential for flexibility as regards multi-tenant letting.
