Retail Portfolio: Sustainability and ESG

These measures on assets are aimed to reduce the use of energy and thus also GHG emissions, reduce water consumption and reduce waste production. Nevertheless these achievements are also depending on tenant behaviour which is mostly beyond our control. We can make an effort to engage tenants, create awareness on sustainability & ESG in order to align their behaviour and usage to these aims.
