Investing in Retail properties

Stores play an important role in society, especially when they are located in residential areas. Neighbourhood shopping centres are great for everyday grocery shopping but they also serve a social purpose. Good retail investments meet current demands and boost local quality of life in neighbourhoods.

Our projects

Toolenburg shopping centre

This convenience neighbourhood shopping centre is a classic example of one of our well-functioning and modern retail investments. The shopping centre offers a wide range of shops in the food sector and excellent free parking options that facilitate residents in their daily shopping needs.

Sint Jorisplein shopping centre Amersfoort

This inner-city shopping centre is successful for a number of reasons. The excellent parking facility, the location near the city centre and the appealing mix of retailers that Altera successfully attracted to the location, to name just a few. By paying attention to the quality of the public space with atmosphere-enhancing measures and by responding to the needs of retailers, the shopping centre has become a permanent Amersfoort hot spot.
