Altera adds “The Yarn” to its portfolio

Altera Vastgoed has added “The Yarn”, a newbuild project in Zeist, to its residential portfolio. All of the 40 deregulated sector rental apartments, which have a large balcony or roof terrace overlooking the courtyard garden, have already been let. The living areas of the apartments range from 88 to 121 m². The Yarn is a redevelopment by ERA Contour of the former Eneco site at the intersection of Steynlaan and Antonlaan on the edge of Zeist town centre.

The apartments are located above a Hoogvliet supermarket of over 1,850 m² which opened on 14 March and has been added to Altera’s retail fund investments.

Altera’s acquisition of these rental homes marks another advance in the residential fund’s strategy focused on a further expansion of its young, sustainable portfolio of deregulated sector rental homes in attractive housing markets.

REBO Vastgoed Management will manage the property on behalf of Altera.
