All apartments in “Heroes” let online before completion

The final phase of Altera Vastgoed’s “Heroes” newbuild project on Zeeburgereiland in Amsterdam was completed on 11 April. The 86 deregulated sector rental apartments are divided among three blocks on Faas Wilkesstraat and have living areas ranging from 59 to 107 m². The generously sized balconies afford views including the IJ and/or sports pitches. Some of the homes have rents below €1,000, enabling the “Heroes” complex to meet the strong demand for this rental segment in Amsterdam. All apartments were marketed exclusively online and were let before completion.

Altera’s acquisition of these rental homes marks another advance in the residential fund’s strategy focused on a further expansion of its young, sustainable portfolio of deregulated sector rental homes in attractive housing markets.
