Altera appoints Simon Uildriks as member of the management team

Altera Vastgoed (hereinafter “Altera”) appoints Simon Uildriks as Head of Acquisition and member of Altera’s management team.

Simon Uildriks has over 20 years of experience in the real estate sector. For the past 6.5 years, he has held the position of Acquisition Manager at Altera. Before joining Altera, he worked primarily as a property developer at Multi Vastgoed, Stadgenoot and Local. He started his career as a consultant at Deloitte Real Estate.

As Head of Acquisition, Simon Uildriks will continue to focus on making acquisitions for Altera’s residential and retail portfolios with his team. The residential portfolio focuses on future-proof, affordable and sustainable housing, while the strategic focus of the retail portfolio is on food and convenience retail.

We have every confidence that Simon Uildriks will bring his trademark enthusiasm and professionalism to bear in his new position, working closely with his colleagues Jeroen Eisen, Remco Nellen and Parham Jadidi to make a vital contribution to Altera’s business objectives.

Simon Uildriks succeeds Bart Visscher, who has opted to leave Altera to pursue an independent business venture. Bart Visscher worked for Altera for over four years, during which time he delivered a series of residential and retail acquisitions. We greatly appreciate his commitment and the contributions he has made, and wish him well in his future career.
