Altera contracts Medipoint for Maximaplein Leusden

Altera Vastgoed (hereinafter: Altera) has added the Medipoint home care store to Maximaplein in Leusden-Zuid, also known as the Zuidhoek shopping centre. A 216 m² unit has been let to Medipoint under a long-term lease. This means the shopping centre, which also includes supermarket Dirk van den Broek and Trekpleister, is once again fully let.

Erwin Wessels, CIO of Altera, said: “Zuidhoek is a small convenience centre in the Leusden-Zuid catchment area. The arrival of the Medipoint essential store strengthens the convenience offering and means the shopping centre no longer has any vacant property. That makes the Zuidhoek shopping centre a prime example of a future-proof community shopping centre, which fits in perfectly with our investment strategy.”
