Altera contracts Okay Fashion & Jeans for Zwolle Zuid
Real estate investor Altera Vastgoed (further: Altera) has added Okay Fashion to the district shopping center Zwolle Zuid. As of the first of March 2022, approximately 285 m² have been leased to the women’s and men’s fashion chain for a long-term period.

About Zwolle Zuid
Shopping center Zwolle Zuid is a modern convenience shopping center, including Lidl, Albert Heijn, Kruidvat and Action. The shopping center is district provisioning with a primary catchment area of approximately 30,000 inhabitants. The shopping center will soon celebrate its 30th anniversary and was renovated and expanded in 2010.
