Altera contracts P1 for management of its parking facilities in Houten
Altera Vastgoed N.V. (Altera) recently signed a contract with P1 for the management of its multi-storey car parks in Houten: de Kruitmolen and de Spoorhaag. De Kruitmolen has roughly 630 parking spaces and de Spoorhaag approximately 290 parking spaces. The car parks are part of the Het Rond shopping centre, Houten’s prime shopping area, which features a food hall (de Vershof) and a diverse range of non-food outlets in addition to three full-service supermarkets. The range of shops includes a good mix of local businesses and retail chains.
P1 was chosen because of their vision, which aligns with Altera’s sustainability requirements. P1 attaches great importance to staff training and has developed a dashboard that monitors parking movements in the car parks, enabling service improvements to be made. In addition, P1 offers a high-quality cleaning programme and comprehensive breakdown monitoring and follow-up, which enhances the parking experience.
