Altera leases 250 sqm at Het Rond, Houten
| Altera Vastgoed NV (hereinafter: Altera) has concluded a second rental agreement with the owner of Boca Bar & Kitchen for the lease of 250 sqm at Het Rond 36. In addition to Boca Bar & Kitchen, the entrepreneur plans to open a hip new overall concept in mid-July: Brother Louie bar & pizza.
With the addition of another catering establishment with a terrace at Het Rond, Altera helps create an even more pleasant atmosphere, ensuring longer visits. The square also offers high-quality catering establishments such as the Boca Bar, Enzo, and Barista, creating a full catering experience at Het Rond for residents of Houten. Het Rond is the core shopping area in Houten that offers three full-service supermarkets, a food hall called De Vershof and a variety of non-food retail outlets. The range of shops consists of a great mix of local entrepreneurs and major retail chains.
