Altera names REBO Vastgoed Management as Residential Property Manager of the Year 2021

Each year, Altera evaluates the services of its property managers in terms of tenant satisfaction, as well as technical, sustainable, commercial and administrative components. Altera has chosen REBO Vastgoed Management to be the “Residential Property Manager of the Year 2021”.

Niels van Wonderen, Head of Asset Management Residential at Altera on the service delivery of REBO: “For over ten years REBO has been active as one of the porperty managers on Altera’s residential portfolio. REBO shows time and again that it has a solid foundation and is looking for a good way to connect with the tenants and with us. It is not without reason that the residential portfolio, which REBO is allowed to manage for Altera, has grown by 50% in just over one year. Compliments go out to REBO for the achieved result”.
