Real estate investor Altera Vastgoed NV (hereinafter: Altera) has sold a four-building portfolio consisting of 124 homes and a commercial space to Daelmans Vastgoed. The portfolio consists of single-family homes in Zoetermeer and multi-family homes in Scheveningen, Schiedam and Culemborg.
The proceeds from the sale will be used to further align the residential fund with the desired portfolio structure. Projects under construction in, among others, Den Bosch, Uithoorn, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague, Zaandam and Leiden ensure further growth of the portfolio.
Altera’s CIO, Erwin Wessels: “Altera’s residential portfolio is undergoing sustainable growth, focused on the wishes of all our stakeholders. With the sale of this portfolio, we are further implementing the rejuvenation of the portfolio”.
Ellen Daelmans, Director Daelmans Vastgoed: “The quality and location of these homes are excellent. We have carefully built up our current investment portfolio and it consists mainly of single-family houses and apartments. This purchase of this portfolio is an addition to that.”
Altera was advised by CBRE (Residential Capital Markets), with Dentons providing legal support.
