Altera has sold a residential portfolio consisting of 64 apartments located in four complexes.
CIO Erwin Wessels explains: “The Altera residential fund is experiencing rapid growth and will also increase in size in the coming years. The complexes are situated in great locations and have always been well let, but the decision was made to sell these opened up and relatively smaller objects because they are no longer a good fit for our strategy.”
Hein Peeters, director of TW Residential and responsible for the operation of the FIFPro Properties portfolio, says: “As part of the investment strategy, a high-quality residential investment portfolio is being built up and further expanded. The high technical and commercial quality of these complexes fits in seamlessly with our client’s investment profile. Partly due to the good locations in the Randstad region, we have great confidence in the future operations of this portfolio.”
Altera Vastgoed was advised by Colliers International and received legal guidance from Pels Rijcken & Droogleever Fortuijn. TW Residential represents the buyer and will be managing the portfolio.
