Altera sells retail property in center of Rotterdam

Real estate investor Altera Vastgoed NV (hereinafter: Altera) has sold the retail property at Lijnbaan 81 in Rotterdam. The property is over 400 sq. m and is let to fashion retailer Mango.

The sale of the property at the Lijnbaan 81 in Rotterdam marks the latest move in Altera’s strategy of focusing on Food & Convenience real estate.

Altera has sold the property to a private investor represented by CVGA Vastgoedadvies and Blok Makelaardij. Cushman & Wakefield advised Altera during the sale.
