Altera sells retail property on Karrestraat in Breda

Altera has successfully sold a retail property on Karrestraat in Breda. The store, with a total floor space of over 392 m², is currently leased to shoe retailer Ziengs.

With the sale of this property in Breda, Altera continues to strengthen its strategic focus on Food & Convenience real estate.

Erwin Wessels, Altera’s CIO: “Convenience real estate in areas with robust demographics contributes to a stable direct return for our investors and is less sensitive to the effects of e-commerce and cyclical changes. This sale takes our convenience portfolio above 75%, a figure that will continue to rise in the coming period as a result of acquisitions, sales and asset management activities.”
