Altera has successfully sold a retail property on Karrestraat in Breda. The store, with a total floor space of over 392 m², is currently leased to shoe retailer Ziengs.
With the sale of this property in Breda, Altera continues to strengthen its strategic focus on Food & Convenience real estate.

Altera has sold the property to a private investor. KroesePaternotte advised Altera Vastgoed during the transaction.
