Altera Vastgoed investment wins Hilversum Architecture Prize

The Belvedère apartment complex on Oostereind in Hilversum won the Hilversum Architecture Prize on 11 April. This distinction is awarded every two years to designers of buildings completed in the preceding two years. René van Zuuk Architecten designed Belvedère, a building that is narrow at its base and gradually broadens as it rises. The building has 10 floors with a total of 55 apartments. The Belvedère name refers to the fantastic views across Hilversum and the surrounding woodlands.

Altera Vastgoed added the complex to its residential fund in 2018. The complex was fully let on completion.
