Altera Vastgoed sells homes in Deurne, Eerbeek, Groesbeek and Malden

Altera Vastgoed NV (hereinafter: Altera) has sold its Balthasar portfolio to Daelmans Vastgoed. The portfolio consists of four complexes and a total of 151 homes in Deurne, Eerbeek, Groesbeek and Malden.
