Altera Vastgoed sells homes in Deurne, Eerbeek, Groesbeek and Malden

Altera Vastgoed NV (hereinafter: Altera) has sold its Balthasar portfolio to Daelmans Vastgoed. The portfolio consists of four complexes and a total of 151 homes in Deurne, Eerbeek, Groesbeek and Malden.

The sale of these properties will enable us to implement our regional strategy and further rejuvenate the portfolio. We achieve this not only through sales, but also through acquisitions.
