Altera welcomes Parham Jadidi as Acquisition Manager Retail

Real estate investor Altera Vastgoed (hereinafter “Altera”) announces the arrival of Parham Jadidi.

Parham Jadidi MSc started per July first as Acquisition Manager Retail.

Jadidi spent the past year working as an independent consultant with a focus on retail real estate and prior to that as an Acquisition & Leasing Manager at IEF Capital. Between 2011 and 2019, he worked as a Real Estate Advisor

Jadidi was het afgelopen jaar werkzaam als zelfstandig consultant met een focus op winkel vastgoed en daarvóór als Acquisition & Leasing Manager bij IEF Capital. Between 2011 and 2019, Jadidi worked as a Real Estate Advisor Valuation & Advisory at Cushman & Wakefield, where he specialized in valuing commercial real estate for financial institutions, developers and investors.

Within Altera, Jadidi will focus primarily on the acquisition of food & convenience retail investments, particularly district and community shopping centers and supermarkets.

The appointment is in line with the growth developments of Altera’s retail portfolio, and is in line with the increasing assets under management on behalf of Dutch and international institutional investors.
