Completion of Zuiderduinen multi-family homes in The Hague

Real estate investor Altera Vastgoed NV (hereinafter: Altera) has received the keys to the Zuiderduinen project on Wijndaelerweg in The Hague from Niersman Bouw Haaglanden and is welcoming its new residents.

The Zuiderduinen project comprises three apartment buildings with a total of 61 apartments, a garage with 66 parking spaces and a ground-floor commercial area including a daycare center. Altera owns one building with 23 deregulated sector rental apartments.

The 23 apartments range in size from 94 to 118 m². All are equipped with energy-efficient underfloor heating and the complex is fitted with solar panels for sustainable power generation. Sustainable gardens have been created on the ground-floor roofs between the apartment buildings, with plants matching the adjacent nature reserve.

Erwin Wessels, CIO of Altera: “Our strategy is geographically focused on the Randstad region and its adjacent areas, combined with a good variety of accommodation that meets the sustainable housing requirements of the various types of tenants. The addition of the Zuiderduinen project enriches our capacity to deliver on our strategy and sustainability objectives.

MVGM Vastgoed Management will manage the property on behalf of Altera Vastgoed.
