Dunkin' at Sint Jorisplein in Amersfoort
Real estate investor Altera Vastgoed (further: Altera) is adding Dunkin’ to the Sint Jorisplein in Amersfoort. The well-known catering formula will soon establish itself in the kiosk on the square, offering a total of over 100 seats. The tenant has committed to Sint Jorisplein for a long-term period.

Moreover, the spacious terrace will increase the appeal from the Utrechtsestraat. About Sint Jorisplein
Comparison centre Sint Jorisplein is an inner-city shopping centre that is the starting point for a day of shopping in the historical centre of Amersfoort. The Comparison centre has a good rental proposition compared to the historic shopping streets, as it offers large units and can therefore accommodate chains such as H&M, Sting and C&A. In addition, the parking garage below (currently leased to Q-park) is the main source-point of Amersfoort.
About Dunkin’
Dunkin’ is opening their 40th location in Amersfoort in the Netherlands. In Amersfoort Dunkin’ will for the first time develop a total concept, consisting of coffee and cold drinks and the famous Donuts among other bakery items. Dunkin’ will also start with a breakfast and lunch concept. The large seating area on the terrace gives the opportunity to roll out the total concept here. Dunkin’ is part of the Inspire Brands group, which includes Dunkin’ with more than 12,900 locations in 42 countries, but also: Arby’s, Buffalo Wild Wings, Rusty Taco, Baskin Robbins, Jimmy John’s and Sonic Drive. The group has more than 45,000 restaurants worldwide.
