Gare du Nord project in Amsterdam North completed
Altera Vastgoed NV (hereafter: Altera) has taken delivery of the Gare du Nord project in Amsterdam North by AM and Heddes Bouw.
The delivery to Altera consists of 184 residences, 106 parking spaces and a commercial area. The range is diverse, from studios of 33m2 to a 3-bedroom apartment of 123m2 which is equipped with all modern conveniences. This takes into account the needs of various target groups with different lifestyles in different phases of life which contributes to the inclusiveness of the city.
Renting a residence at Gare du Nord in the north of Amsterdam means sustainable living: living in comfort and energy efficient. All residences are have energy-efficient floor heating, a contemporary functional design and spacious balconies. Solar panels provide renewable energy generation to serve the central facilities.

Gare du Nord is a large-scale urban development project in the central area of municipality Amsterdam North (CAN). In addition to rentalresidences, two hotels, student units and owner-occupied housing units have also been realized. These fall outside the recruitment of Altera. The convenient location of Gare du Nord means that the residences are easily accessible by both the North/South line (metro) and in addition, the A10 freeway is within 800 meters.
