Marie-Louise van der Lugt starts on 1 July at Altera Vastgoed

Real estate investor Altera announces the addition of Marie-Louise van der Lugt to its workforce.

Marie-Louise van der Lugt (32) will strengthen Altera as Asset Manager Residential as of July 1st. Van der Lugt comes from MVGM (and before the merger Verwey Vastgoed) where she was Account Manager residential for the past 3.5 years. Previously she worked at Rochdale and Woonzorg Nederland. Van der Lugt has seven years of experience in the rental and tenant process and the operation of a residential portfolio.

The appointment fits in with the growth development of Altera’s real estate portfolios in residential and food and convenience real estate.
