Thijs Guinee starts as Performance & Valuation Analyst

Altera Vastgoed (hereinafter ‘Altera’) announces the arrival of Thijs Guinee.

Thijs Guinee (33) started work as Performance & Valuation Analyst at Altera on 1 December. Guinee joins Altera from MVGM, where he was head of research for the past five years. His previous employers include Colliers International.

Guinee has nine years of experience in analysing trends and developments in the real estate market. In recent years he has gained a wealth of additional experience in assessing lease and investment transactions in order to support property valuations.

As Performance & Valuation Analyst, a new role at Altera, Guinee will focus primarily on analysing and advising on the performance of the portfolios. In addition, Guinee will play an important role in the review of external valuations.

The appointment fits within Altera’s ambition to further increase the quality and analysis when it comes to performance and property valuations.
