Altera Vastgoed sells Valkenswaard residential complex

Altera has sold a portfolio consisting of 49 single-family homes to Vastwas. It concerns housing units located in the centre of Valkenswaard, close to a range of facilities. The units all have a green label and solar panels.

Erwin Wessels, CIO of Altera, says: “Altera’s residential portfolio is experiencing sustainable growth while focusing on the needs of all our stakeholders. The sale of the 49 housing units will enable us to continue to rejuvenate the portfolio. The proceeds of the sale will be used to bring the residential fund more in line with the desired portfolio structure. Projects under construction in locations such as Zaandam, Amstelveen, Utrecht and Leiden will ensure further growth of the portfolio.”

Dirk Wassing of Vastwas says: “These 49 single-family homes are ideally situated in Valkenswaard centre, just a 400-metre walk away from all shops and facilities. We are very pleased to add these 49 housing units to our growing residential portfolio.”
