Jeroen Post starts as Asset Manager Retail

Altera Vastgoed (hereinafter “Altera”) announces the arrival of Jeroen Post.

Jeroen Post (31) has taken up his duties as Asset Manager Retail with effect from 1 January 2022. He joins Altera from Wereldhave, where he worked for several years as Leasing Manager. Prior to that he worked at BNP Paribas Real Estate and Peters & Van der Vloodt.

Post has over six years’ experience in areas including value optimisation, the letting process and the operation of various real estate portfolios.

The appointment is therefore in line with the growth trajectory of Altera’s real estate portfolio in the convenience retail sector.
