Real estate investor Altera Vastgoed (hereinafter “Altera”) announces the arrival of René Metzelaar.
René Metzelaar has started as Technical Project Manager New Construction at Altera from 1st of September. René comes from OZ architect where he worked as senior technical project manager for over30 years. René has extensive experience with all types of construction in all phases of the building process, from residential, office buildings, shopping centres to hospitals and prisons.
As Technical Project Manager New Construction, René will be responsible for supervising new construction projects within Altera’s residential and retail portfolio
