Altera sells store on Hoofdstraat in Apeldoorn

Altera Vastgoed NV (hereafter: Altera) has sold a retail property in Apeldoorn city centre. The property, located on Hoofdstraat, covers a total of 227 m² on several floors and is leased to Pandora.

Altera CIO Erwin Wessels: “Driven by our investment vision and strategy, which for retail is entirely focused on food & convenience real estate, we are scaling back the non-strategic assets in our portfolio. With the sale of the Hoofdstraat store in Apeldoorn, we have sold nearly all of the single retail units in the portfolio. The funds that become available will be used for the acquisition of supermarkets and district shopping centres in demographically strong catchment areas.

Altera has sold the property to a private investor and was advised during the sale by McDevitt. The buyer was advised by Muller BOG.
