Altera sells retail properties in Deventer city centre

Real estate investor Altera Vastgoed NV (Altera) has sold two retail properties in the city centre of Deventer. Both are located on Lange Bisschopstraat high street and are fully let to Eyes+More and T-Mobile.

The sale of the properties in Deventer marks the latest move in Altera’s strategy of focusing on Food & Convenience real estate.

Altera has sold the properties to a local private real estate investor who was advised by Muller Bedrijfs Onroerend Goed. During the sales transaction, Altera Vastgoed was advised by McDevitt.
