Altera Vastgoed sells retail properties in Uden

Altera Vastgoed NV ( hereafter: Altera) has sold a number of retail units on Brabantplein and Pastoor Spieringsstraat in Uden. The units (totalling 3,430 m²) are let to local businesses.

With the sale of the stores in Uden, Altera is continuing to implement its strategy focused on Food & Convenience real estate.

Erwin Wessels, CIO of Altera, said: “Our retail portfolio is achieving sustainable growth focused on the continued greening of our portfolio and on acquisitions of individual supermarkets and neighbourhood shopping centres in demographically strong catchment areas.”

Altera was advised by McDevitt during the sale. Altera has sold the property to a combination of Berg Vastgoed and Van der Zwan Vastgoed, who were advised by Bouman Visscher van Limbeek (BVVL).
