Compilation of Altera Convenience Retail Webinar (June 8th 2021)
Altera organized on June 8th 2021 for the second year a webinar with respect to Dutch Convenience Retail. During the webinar experts of Altera, CBRE and Albert Heijn Real Estate shared their view on Dutch Convenience Retail in a Western-European Perspective:
- Jos Tromp (Head of Research Continental Europe, CBRE) provided a CBRE perspective on the growth of e-commerce during Covid-19 and an overview of Western-European convenience retail markets
- Ellen Tak (Head of Research & Strategy, Altera Vastgoed) gave an insight into the long-term drivers for the Dutch convenience retail market
- Alica van der Duin (VP Real Estate, Albert Heijn Real Estate) shared the convenience vision and strategy for Albert Heijn supermarkets
- Ivo Groenhuizen (Head of Asset Management Retail, Altera Vastgoed) highlighted the key pillars of the Dutch convenience retail strategy of Altera Retail
